各位大大好，如果要對一個甚麼都不懂的人解釋這兩種東西，應該要用怎樣的方式解釋？可否用一個簡單的例子作說明？謝謝。

Qualifications
0 l! i) @8 O4 C5 v1.    MS Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science and 6+ years of knowledge and experience in embedded system product development or semiconductor applications engineering.   
$ R% p( b4 M! M" ~) C) n) S' d, V2.    Deep familiarity with compiler tool chains and C language is required  
3.    Must have experience with programming in embedded assembly and C programming languages.   
4.    Must have good understanding of software development processes. Prior experience with motor control design is a plus.
$ M* D6 j6 D; N8 L* b5.    ARM Cortex knowledge and experience with RTOS is preferred.
" T' o$ N/ c  C6.    Must have digital circuit design and debugging experience.  Some analog experience is preferred.
