各位大大好，如果要對一個甚麼都不懂的人解釋這兩種東西，應該要用怎樣的方式解釋？可否用一個簡單的例子作說明？謝謝。

Qualifications
6 X$ L$ {& H/ C+ V# A1.    MS Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science and 6+ years of knowledge and experience in embedded system product development or semiconductor applications engineering.   
( {" i2 |5 a+ ~& y6 e2.    Deep familiarity with compiler tool chains and C language is required  
3.    Must have experience with programming in embedded assembly and C programming languages.   
# L4 T1 r3 e9 V# _6 J* Q( e; q- Y4.    Must have good understanding of software development processes. Prior experience with motor control design is a plus.
5 `( R( z9 n/ v5.    ARM Cortex knowledge and experience with RTOS is preferred.
