在CDL Import裡設定的reference library及device-mapping file

' t4 F0 @4 X) N3 R. b8 x以及可以請教如何撰寫device mapping file嗎??

reference library指的是你用的nmos/pmos/inv....etc. library

先vi model.map file

第一個 .  是自建layout library, 第二個  . 是 TF file定義的MOS 名稱,
也就是說沒有自建layout 如下:
2 t9 v2 {8 `6 E- \/ A2 fM PCH  .   PMOS
( y6 ?8 _  t- `" g( E$ L6 g; g1 C5 cM NCH  .   NMOS
9 U$ D6 B2 Z. q  {如有自建layout library
