1 @) h, E8 j- E+ GJitter can be defined as the deviations in a clock’s output transition- s {# z* ~' M, R; R8 x p
from their ideal positions. The deviation can either be leading or
6 Y2 q2 R. `' L, j8 p7 I' `$ ylagging the ideal position. Jitter is usually specified in ± pico seconds.

cycle-to-cycle jitter, period jitter, and long-term jitter. All jitter measurements
