The resistor value of "CDL out" netlist is not the real value 4 X; `6 }& v) z8 l
when I use TSMC 0.13rf PDK 2 G* Y1 r( Z5 ?9 g2 i. i
9 h" }& K: z, @# ?% x% b. |% u
I use tsmc13rf PDK.
' I5 p. ^: N) k5 S) J" G& I+ t5 yWhen I CDL out from CIW window, the output value for the resistor as below:8 x$ C( R/ ?2 s/ X
RR1 res_in res_out 15.34 $[PS] M=15 B$ r: Z/ q- B6 p8 @* Q* J
But the real value is 14.8213 shows on the schematic.
! n7 f `; n) IWhy on the auCdl CDF parameter they choose the simple value to be output on the netlist?
$ v2 x: E5 k3 f* EWe want to see the real value, this will comfuse people when they doing verification. ! U6 m- ^7 ~) L: [3 I& y: s7 s& M/ e
I can't turn on the "Accuracy" switches when I run Assura lvs.
# U x u/ n$ O2 a& KI still pass LVS, but I am just curious why they do that on the CDF parameter.
" u( M0 [. F- I! K' B( [Anyone in the TSMC or others can explain why? |
