求助Hspice使用问题

我在从Cadence中导出Hspice网表，希望能够仿真一下电荷泵的效率，（有文章说Hspice可以计算消耗在各无源器件上的瞬时功率，对有源器件只计算消耗功率，存在寄生电容上的能量不计算在内，而且还能计算出总功耗，可用“.measure”命令计算输入输出的平均功耗）
# @, s1 X, {" o; C' k2 k4 gHspice仿真时，总说模型不能识别，不知道怎么回事，我确保路径是正确的，是不是smic model文件结构不同，请大侠指教。另外要是要记录下来元件功耗，并计算输入输出功率的比值，.measure应如何使用？

From the error messgae, the key problem is "tt".
Please get into the *.lib file and find the acture entry is.
