各位大大好，如果要對一個甚麼都不懂的人解釋這兩種東西，應該要用怎樣的方式解釋？可否用一個簡單的例子作說明？謝謝。

2.    To innovate and clearly specify solutions to complex firmware / software problems.

4.    Designing and developing software drivers, libraries and applications in support of new 32 bit controller product

Qualifications
; g9 Q: a4 f, ^+ ?# n% I5 g" e1.    MS Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science and 6+ years of knowledge and experience in embedded system product development or semiconductor applications engineering.   
' I/ D- M- G" [5 m2.    Deep familiarity with compiler tool chains and C language is required  
3.    Must have experience with programming in embedded assembly and C programming languages.   
4.    Must have good understanding of software development processes. Prior experience with motor control design is a plus.
7 P! G5 ]9 ?8 s9 C  D5.    ARM Cortex knowledge and experience with RTOS is preferred.
6.    Must have digital circuit design and debugging experience.  Some analog experience is preferred.
