各位大大好，如果要對一個甚麼都不懂的人解釋這兩種東西，應該要用怎樣的方式解釋？可否用一個簡單的例子作說明？謝謝。

Qualifications
; @( ]! m, D: D1 O% f% u6 A1.    MS Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science and 6+ years of knowledge and experience in embedded system product development or semiconductor applications engineering.   
; z- t$ z4 |, O, i6 A2.    Deep familiarity with compiler tool chains and C language is required  
3.    Must have experience with programming in embedded assembly and C programming languages.   
( N5 i9 k% O6 g" j2 C4.    Must have good understanding of software development processes. Prior experience with motor control design is a plus.
5.    ARM Cortex knowledge and experience with RTOS is preferred.
