Title Responsibilities：

! {. p# I' f! O( I: B$ I5 R1. Coordination among Device, Integration, and Module in R&D.
2. Responsible for projects of advanced device techonolgy development, device target setting, scheme definition, simulation, and characterization  
6 S# i$ O6 f" R; K: I3. Planning and setting priority for execution on customer request and delivery schedule.       

Requirements：
% p) G9 K, a0 q7 t" v9 e9 A$ j# c  G" H* r
1. Minimum Ph.D degree
2. Minimum 10 years of experiences in semiconductor industry with focus on advanced CMOS technologies.
) Q6 |, o3 h* M) t* C4 d4 @* b: P3. Experience on device design and  circuit-co-design interaction highly desirable.
3. Fluent in English.
) i) o$ u% G& i& J+ a4. Work location in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
