l Develops, reviews, and approves new or improved administrative, purchasing, and clerical procedures to maintain economy and efficiency of operation;

0 r: {, l3 [- m& b# R! M" ^l Researches and evaluates commodity areas and makes recommendations for standardization and additions to Qualified Products List;
* `' k( m {% a S4 V* A- Fl Creates responses to special correspondence and handles special assignments and problems such as responses to citizen inquiries and bid protests; l Establishes priorities, assigns workloads and reviews the more difficult and complex assignments;
