l Develops, reviews, and approves new or improved administrative, purchasing, and clerical procedures to maintain economy and efficiency of operation;
+ K/ z6 o7 K1 x" H. Z# K( |& Ll Evaluate overall revisions, price and past performance of each contract and approves price increases;
4 _/ Y* [2 Z8 c7 bl Researches and evaluates commodity areas and makes recommendations for standardization and additions to Qualified Products List; 9 u1 k" ^5 k" d
l Creates responses to special correspondence and handles special assignments and problems such as responses to citizen inquiries and bid protests; l Establishes priorities, assigns workloads and reviews the more difficult and complex assignments; 0 R4 @! b' U7 a0 w# |
l Interprets contract provisions and reviews contracts for accuracy and changes prior to bid and renewal;
