1 N0 d1 d0 j. S工作內容描述/所需特殊技能Job Description/ Special skills:
& Z! N7 o- x& i3 X7 G2 i-Understand and capture customer requirements, designing, implementing and testing components for the SDK. (Software development kits)
4 ]6 o4 o% [; t* V/ d-Working with customers to implement software for display device products.
7 ]) u6 l# \# W5 Z+ o-Taking “intellectual ownership” for a significant portion of the architecture and design opportunities we face.
( d/ X7 ?& S0 b-Participate in the software design from ground up and influence the direction of its key components.
% R) X& {4 h" j: }$ y* P-Represent the group inside and outside. Inside representation consists of working with other development groups to create products. Outside representation involves visits and presentations to key customers and partners.

相關工作經驗/Working Experience
-Minimum of 5+ years of experience with software development, including embedded uP systems
-Experience with complete software design cycle from requirements capture through design, implementation, and verification
-Ability to develop small, efficient, well documented code in C and x86/MIPS assembly language
-Experience developing software for Linux OS using GNU toolset
% T( f2 d/ E( f" E$ `-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

. w9 I+ m4 V' FDesired Knowledge in: television and graphics video standards (NTSC, PAL, VESA, etc.)
$ @  ], @' ^, k5 T-Knowledge in: digital broadcasting standards (ATSC/DVB, MPEG etc.)
* `* L$ _& ]. y3 Q0 @* |* V& j* v-Experience with embedded development tools (emulators, oscilloscopes, etc.)
5 ~' x6 w8 s* A-Intimate knowledge of computer architecture
-Good track record in driving R&D projects into successful products
) Q4 k8 k, t, r學歷/Academic Background: Bachelors degree in an engineering field
: e7 K  L6 q- N3 G4 `$ F, E( F1 D語文能力/Language skill: Good English
7 E" r7 K& \) j1 T出差頻率/Business travel frequency:Yes (once per quarter)
年薪或月薪及發薪月數/Annual Salary or Monthly Salary & numbers of pay month: Engineer: max. 1.4M (total package) Manager: max. 2 M (total package)
