· 5 years experience in Analog IC Design, Physical Design, Physical Verification, and Tapeout
& _0 }. D+ e$ L {6 i, T· 3 years experience as a Manager and Team Leader0 o+ t# k* I L: B4 `; W, J
· Demonstrated ability managing projects with a high degree of organization and prioritization5 s3 Q: e6 U4 l6 B7 p5 T4 k/ D3 r
· Strong communication skills, high level of intelligence, self-motivation, and aggressiveness
