8 X5 ~4 j4 f ]- Programs with high development cost and effort, above 5 man years/ u4 h' ~8 l* H. q) p" ~5 H
- Programs with concurrent engineering of customer product and IP customization Project Definition: F6 q0 M, R, Y
- Ensure that Goals, Objectives & Scope for the Program is defined, understood and agreed to
& \+ t, y3 k. R2 P8 t5 c4 Y- Work with engineering and management to form the project team.1 p3 l$ x T' v5 f1 z7 T
- Develop a Project Plan with clear ownership and deliverables milestones together with XX and Customer teams
( B" ], y/ |6 H5 c) J: D- Work with engineering to calculate and forecast the effort and investment for successful project execution
+ d5 T7 s' M G7 C7 p$ A& h- Drive concurrent Risk Management as integral part of the project planning and execution Project Execution:3 ^& t% g: W- N% z r2 r( h, e
- Call regular project review meetings, internal and with the customer. Coordinate and align the customer execution with internal XX organizations and deliverables.8 H, \- a* x* g
- Ensure effective communication between all parties involved. Provide regular project reports (to the customer and internal)5 K: T6 N" o2 p/ V; Y3 d7 I
- Continuously track/maintain and measure project schedule progress against plan
