- International Programs with contributors from several organizations and/or Business Units+ F7 W5 f( @! ~/ Y5 \+ T- P1 f
- Programs with high business impact, above $20Mio total over product lifetime

6 U" j$ l% p+ O: W6 W; U s5 ?2 O$ P- Programs with concurrent engineering of customer product and IP customization Project Definition:
8 Z; y; t6 l% _8 j0 n1 i- Ensure that Goals, Objectives & Scope for the Program is defined, understood and agreed to

- Work with engineering to calculate and forecast the effort and investment for successful project execution/ x% @+ e9 G6 Y4 q! d* y
- Drive concurrent Risk Management as integral part of the project planning and execution Project Execution:
2 O& s3 S( S& f$ X- Call regular project review meetings, internal and with the customer. Coordinate and align the customer execution with internal XX organizations and deliverables., ]6 M2 y- Q/ \# |* o7 s: z
- Ensure effective communication between all parties involved. Provide regular project reports (to the customer and internal). _% ?8 _4 s6 O5 k$ _
- Continuously track/maintain and measure project schedule progress against plan7 E1 R v! j, u
- Perform continuous Risk Management and elevate critical issues and risks.3 j& H5 }4 q" T" J, W9 v) X
- Manage the Change Management Process (with the customer and internal to XX)8 T% U0 G, _# F6 W) n! Z1 i6 n5 d, l
