Responsibilities:
6 s$ d" h8 ]# o& o0 nDrive focused customers and key opportunities together with distributors in the region:
( I: `% ? S/ @- G1) Implement the agreed distribution strategy in assigned territory; : E& h6 l& \5 g6 i1 `' z
2) Plan and execute end customer penetration with the distributors sales teams; / \/ P3 c6 ]2 k8 G
3) Manage projects in the region together with local M**** sales/FAE, the distributor , and the business units;* \9 J' T' x3 [8 N1 S. p1 h
4) Generic business development tasks related to efficiency enhancement;
( F3 s- T8 v. T, c5) Provide feedback to the business units and the sales management on Design in, Distributor Registration, POS;% x ?6 R/ H* r5 v3 Q7 D" I8 {1 |) [
6) Train, develop and retain a competent and distribution workforce; 0 s) G9 }" `/ Z0 ^
7) Liaise with the drivers, encouraging clear, open and concise communication;
/ t. q7 |/ ], o; E$ Y; G8) Interface with relevant customer contacts on behalf of M****; 4 H# A* I7 s0 r* z
9) Communicate and network effectively at all levels with customers, distributors in the assigned region; $ ~/ ?& A+ ?8 x, [
10) Drive market segments in the region with the focus products.0 [# Y7 I. f6 e# c) P/ R

Requirements:
, j' k8 y1 O9 H. U* j/ ?% O) w1) Bachelor degree with engineering, plus commercial qualifications are of advantage; - D0 P6 R5 ?: t" `
2) 5 + years experience in Semiconductors, at least 2+ years of experience working in a similar environment;
# \# E0 h. t$ W" O8 F9 u1 i3) Proved track record in making things happen, result driven; # L8 [4 a3 y$ J( M& S6 ~0 {5 w/ E
4) Strong communication and networking skills, also toward the business units; 5 F% Z$ y- |' E3 t* G5 f* X$ |: s
5) Fluent English in both written and spoken;
