Drive focused customers and key opportunities together with distributors in the region: 1 t) ^8 a6 Y5 _' L" w+ P6 N3 }
1) Implement the agreed distribution strategy in assigned territory;
+ [! ]0 Q! T& A. \1 u% q2) Plan and execute end customer penetration with the distributors sales teams;
2 r+ {+ S( L- \' w5 M$ f) l, W3) Manage projects in the region together with local M**** sales/FAE, the distributor , and the business units;
; O/ J7 C) O* g' Q& _4) Generic business development tasks related to efficiency enhancement;
- V6 _1 ~3 M2 j" x. i8 M5) Provide feedback to the business units and the sales management on Design in, Distributor Registration, POS;
" ~" U- V4 K) A9 g) j6) Train, develop and retain a competent and distribution workforce; / J* ]$ X) R0 y: i/ i$ d
7) Liaise with the drivers, encouraging clear, open and concise communication; & I( F# C# S, V; B4 V! E, m# R
8) Interface with relevant customer contacts on behalf of M****; / v0 v' K) Z9 s7 L R+ A6 E4 h
9) Communicate and network effectively at all levels with customers, distributors in the assigned region;
8 F/ B( W- m) i5 E" j10) Drive market segments in the region with the focus products.+ |& ^: I* E" g ^# N

Requirements: 2 d4 b: V) v3 }* F% A. n" y
1) Bachelor degree with engineering, plus commercial qualifications are of advantage; 2 I, e( q: J$ W- \1 v
2) 5 + years experience in Semiconductors, at least 2+ years of experience working in a similar environment;
' B2 v4 g' ^! c2 n; J9 o3) Proved track record in making things happen, result driven;
6 E6 Y* }& }9 |/ `2 S, s4) Strong communication and networking skills, also toward the business units; ! e4 {) ~: m; r* I/ k, p* h$ z( E
5) Fluent English in both written and spoken; 4 d" a; k( Y; b# |7 N7 D5 Y$ s
6) Good mixture of commercial sense and technical understanding;
