职位描述：
! N' l% v' c5 t1 Q2 M2 R1、负责完成电容触控、可穿戴设备、智能sensor领域的芯片固件方案；
+ F2 r, A8 p* _5 m2、制订项目计划并负责跟进，安排团队成员工作；
3、分析市场需求和产品功能定义，协调跨部门工作；  
8 d) W& ?" n- Y9 g6 e) T- y4、参与硬件方案的设计和评审，负责系统优化；

任职要求：
1、电子信息、计算机等相关专业，重点院校本科或以上学历；  
2、3年以上芯片固件开发经验；  
3、熟悉数据结构、掌握一些常用的算法分析和设计方法；  
4、良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力

Responsibility:
1 {; g. p1 Q% b; }1. Engineering service sales for vehicle system, new energy, and transitional powertrain system.
0 T1 B$ G0 m" |. [2. Working with engineering team making overall project proposal(work packages, time schedule, ...)
3. Doing quotation, pricing, contract and negotiation with customer/supplier
4. Leading project team, execute project till final delivery to customer
& P/ [7 Q3 O4 P+ P/ C: m5. Use PM software for project management
6. Close cooperate with Bosch BUs, BEG/ECN (engineering team) and BEG Germany

Requirement:  
1.Bachelor or Master degree in automobile engineering or internal combustion engine or electrical/electronic engineering education background.
+ v. H9 h+ V/ s* F2.More than 3 years work experience in the field of automobile industry for OE sales role or project manager role or application manager role.
3.Good skills in communication and coordination
4.Good project leadership and team work spirit.
5.Good at English speaking, reading and writing, German is preferred.
