? Testing and characterizing IC with ATE or Lab-based platforms 3 A; @* v3 [; y: ]! E: b+ J+ L9 n
3 w# t' A! F# I9 P y- AMandatory Skills 6 n7 y; @- m3 }
? Good knowledge about ATE test / T; s% m3 a* {; {+ h$ ~
? Good knowledge about Mix-signal/MCU test solutions ; E0 |9 N J# W7 y
? Experience with IC Quality & Reliability Engineering
; B/ N, R0 Z, p# F7 F? Fluency in English (both Oral and writing) and communication skill

Preferred Skills
