招聘要求： 1）微电子、材料、物理等相关专业，本科及以上； 2）具有两年及以上相关工作经验； 3）熟悉IC设计，以及ESD测试方法等，并了解器件物理及其特性，最好有一定的工艺背景； 4）熟悉ESD器件性能以及芯片ESD网络架构设计，了解IO电路开发全流程、可熟练使用设计软件HSPICE，Spectre等，以及后仿抽取工具。 6）具有良好的英语应用能力； 7）具有主动积极的工作态度，一定的自学能力，注重团队合作。
