职位要求：
Qualifications: 1. BS or above degree in Auto-control, ME, Computer. 3+ experience of embedded system development. 2. Must familiar with embedded system, SW architecture. 3. Advanced skill in C/C++ programming ability, familiar with analysis and design method of objected oriented. 4. Proficiency in MCU principle and application. Achieve about more than 2 project about 51, PIC, AVR, ARM, MIPS or SPARC 5. Proficiency in peripheral device such as I2C, SPI, UART, USB, Ethernet, IDE, SD 6. Proficiency in protocol such as TCP/IP, RTP, ITU & IETF 7. Has HW debugging ability, familiar with SW/HW equipment such as emulator, oscillograph, logic analyzer 8. CET-4 or above. 9. Excellent document writing ability and practices. 10. Be good at learn new knowledge, love detect, analysis, resolve complicate problem. 11. Skilled of communicate and coordinate ability. Good team worker. Preferred: 1. Has TinyOS / NesC , TinyOS/NesC Programming experience. 2. Familiar with ZigBee protocol 3. Proficiency in network protocol and wireless communication ultimate principle 4. Solid USB developing experience, such as HID, Audio class, etc) 5. Experience of RTOS platform (Linux, WinCE, uC/OS, VxWork, etc) 6. Experience of RF, including mobile, Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi, Zigbee or other ISM protocol 7. Has SW/HW basic communicate protocol experience is preferred. 8. Proficiency SW/HW communicate system.
