Title Responsibilities：
+ ^6 S9 `% m& h' X) v3 O: M
1. Coordination among Device, Integration, and Module in R&D.
2. Responsible for projects of advanced device techonolgy development, device target setting, scheme definition, simulation, and characterization  
3. Planning and setting priority for execution on customer request and delivery schedule.       

+ g- e' ^5 X* i" A' iRequirements：

1. Minimum Ph.D degree
2. Minimum 10 years of experiences in semiconductor industry with focus on advanced CMOS technologies.
7 }" I+ u. y) M3 t/ I9 c: N3. Experience on device design and  circuit-co-design interaction highly desirable.
3. Fluent in English.
' w: B* a0 D' S8 J* C  T  Z" f4. Work location in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
