The purpose of the job is to act as the principal electronics design engineer at R&D Department.

Main Responsibility:
$ H( G% L1 d3 q( _" P1)Participating in power supply design projects as Chief Design Engineer
/ @, Q" o1 U! p1 _+ |# z( n8 l! ~6 Q" h  l2)Improving electronics design competencies in Product Development organization at Efore Suzhou
3)Contributing to co-operation between different Product Development Centers at Efore
4)Developing competences and facilities of the local Product Development center
+ ]4 x5 L. N  i% p0 G4 K% M+ O  _, p5)Developing local electronics design practices and guidelines
6)Improving product quality characteristics e.g. by participating in design reviews according to the global Solution Creation Process
7)Supporting marketing & sales, material sourcing and manufacturing operations
8)Evaluation of co-operation partners in design, testing and measuring services
9)Reporting to R&D Manager as agreed

8 h9 U- d- h: _Special Requirements:
1)Sound technical background in electronics with several years’ practical experience in switch-mode power supply design (AC/DC, DC/DC and/or DC/AC conveters / inverters).
2)Basic understanding of mechanics engineering. Moderate command in English language.
3)Experience in working in international business environment is a special asset.
