Abstract:B ased on C M O S R adio-F requency Integrated C ircuit technology, the C M O S R F dow n-converter circuit for U W B w ireless com m unication system is developed. T h e approach of im pedance m atch ing for w ide b an d circuit and narrow band circuit is discussed. U sing 0.25um R F Spice file of SM IC , this m ixer circuit is sim ulated w ith H SP IC E softw are, the F F T analysis of the output signal is m aked and the key param eters of this m ixer circuit is sim ulated. T he sim ulation result and the tested param eters sh ow that the circuit structure is feasible and effective.
