Responsibilities: 8 N# R8 R& o) A) H$ [# j( j
Drive focused customers and key opportunities together with distributors in the region:
6 S% t6 f. z9 ]! }) h7 f7 [1) Implement the agreed distribution strategy in assigned territory; 1 {% o/ m+ O. |/ _% D
2) Plan and execute end customer penetration with the distributors sales teams;
6 e% T% k* P3 [/ P( N& u3) Manage projects in the region together with local M**** sales/FAE, the distributor , and the business units;, ?8 q) h- |. N# S* ^' m
4) Generic business development tasks related to efficiency enhancement;
5 q" B B$ o7 N" c u4 n$ J+ ~5) Provide feedback to the business units and the sales management on Design in, Distributor Registration, POS;
/ ~! l' l% m1 h0 Z0 g" S6) Train, develop and retain a competent and distribution workforce; 7 D! r9 e8 `8 Q
7) Liaise with the drivers, encouraging clear, open and concise communication; 9 H# [: D! I. l1 Y( q5 X
8) Interface with relevant customer contacts on behalf of M****; % \: m8 b4 m( ^4 w2 ~3 m; l
9) Communicate and network effectively at all levels with customers, distributors in the assigned region; 7 |2 p$ b1 J8 k, S3 Z
10) Drive market segments in the region with the focus products.% ]! {. G% r3 O3 i# b- c* Z
/ Z1 S- {# i8 n/ XRequirements: / x7 U" {& Q0 n5 M
1) Bachelor degree with engineering, plus commercial qualifications are of advantage; ( }2 ^; C O* T% D# H9 K6 m( C
2) 5 + years experience in Semiconductors, at least 2+ years of experience working in a similar environment;
. f: q2 K9 Y5 A4 q5 P5 ]# Y3 o3 _7 W3) Proved track record in making things happen, result driven; & }: x. W0 e% M5 W4 M
4) Strong communication and networking skills, also toward the business units;
" e+ T- s) i. \! Q. y5 r$ t5 L5) Fluent English in both written and spoken; . M" c* C: o3 C
6) Good mixture of commercial sense and technical understanding;
9 E9 l. M( V% f' H" Q' G' w+ \7) Creativity and optimism;
