Overview
This FAE will be based in Shenzhen, joining an elite FAE organization that strives to deliver innovative solutions that add value to ####’s customers.  As part of our dynamic FAE team, you will work to develop a winning strategy to grow design wins, customer relationships, revenue growth, and ####''s overall position in the semiconductor market. Tasks and responsibilities
·         Support and provide coverage to regional key communication customers for technical initiative, discussion and debugging activities.  
·         Work closely with Account Executives to facilitate sales plan/goal at desired customer from technical perspective. Main tasks and responsibilities include:
·         Provide technical support and consult to sale team and customer to enable key project design in/win – focus on Power subsystem but covering RF signal chain, interfacing and other products.
·         Bridge customer and business units for product promotion and product definition.
·         Provide lab and onsite support and debugging to solve customer technical issues.
·         Win projects and socket to enable account sales plan.
·         Gather and summarize customer technical requirement for industry trend analysis and technical discussions.

Qualifications and skills
·         BSEE or MSEE with at least 3 years experiences in communication system design, especially power electronic subsystem and switching regulator IC application.
·         Knowledge on power trace Intel based server is a must.
·         Good interpersonal skills, proactive & self-starter.
·         Ability to handle multiple customers / projects simultaneously.
·         Fluent in writing and speaking English.

Reporting structure

Tasks and responsibilities
Liaise with US corporate office to provide a high level of applications support to our customers in the China.
Develop regional strategic customers or market specific reference design and product application test report.
Process competitive solution benchmarking.  
Identify new business opportunities and drive design-in activities to design-win.
Help define new products from customers?inputs as well as read market trend.
Support customers?production builds and field quality improvement program.
Conduct product presentation, demo and training to customers and distributors.

Qualifications and skills
All candidates must have a Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics Engineering.
Strong technical foundation, preferably with experience in power electronics circuits and switching regulator IC applications in computing applications.
Good interpersonal skills needed to communicate well and maintain good relationships with customers.
Independent, self-motivated with good problem-solving skills.
Prepared to travel occasionally within the Asia Pacific region and US.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
