2013年7月23日，香港商富士通半導體有限公司台灣分公司今日宣佈推出矽基板氮化鎵(GaN)功率元件晶片MB51T008A，耐電壓能達到150V。富士通半導體將於2013年7月開始為客戶提供樣品。MB51T008A的初始性能狀態為常關型(Normally-off)，與同級耐電壓的矽功率元件相比，MB51T008A的優值因數(FOM)可减低將近一半。採用富士通半導體的GaN功率器件，客戶能設計出體積更小、效率更高的電源元件，並廣泛運用於家電、ICT設備和汽車電子等領域。
