A) Design mixed signal LCD driver ; k6 H. Q! r2 {" \
B) Lead and manage design engineers and layout engineers # \- i% h1 u* q2 Z* K) yC) Responsible for product definition, micro architecture, design flow, and EDA selection.3 J/ l# O4 w [ d! Q I
D) Participate in generating product road map.) C/ l. v! a _; ?4 l

2) Candidates must have the following qualifications. 9 x8 A% l6 l+ s+ S& b# q/ B
A) B.S Degree in EE or Computer Science from a well know university. M.S. preferred.1 b3 u2 _" \) D& g* N3 \1 F0 S
B) 5 years of experience on LCD driver IC is a must. 1 K, K& ~; g7 o8 m% J0 ?& A& JC) Familiar with competitor’s products. , f) q% u. v" q: b4 zD) Knowledge of the history of the LCD driver IC in Taiwan. / b/ O$ K" N9 vE) Solid understanding of the architecture and key circuit blocks of LCD driver IC including PWM/FRC, charge pump, ESD, voltage regulator, voltage follower, SRAM, etc. M. O% Y9 f. q$ Q
F) Solid understanding of all the issues involved in designing LCD driver IC including full custom circuit design, layout design, 8 s- K a( m/ T( N+ h2 v* ^' s
RTL coding, foundry support, packaging, and dft. + R9 k- U9 @8 d4 {6 XG) Familiar with mixed signal design and verification flow. 1 Q) v5 d3 Y4 }H) Strong analog and logic circuit design background.$ z% ?1 P+ H0 u8 K
I) Good understanding of SRAM design # w9 Y& R+ J% d/ m1 KJ) Project lead and team management experience is a must. ! {) j' W% b. p9 N4 P) C2 b: r: H" E" Q" n
