Usually this happens when the & ^8 x5 v! v7 x models are discontinous, or there are uninitialized bi-stable cells : H0 l5 b4 B. ~ (flip-flop) in the circuit. By setting options dcon=-1 and converge=-1& u1 Z6 f5 x8 e, J; _! F
you can disable auto convergence process. Retry the run, non-convergence; `9 b% U$ z- N0 e# V3 [& g

hspice會造成不收斂的問題很多,而不同的電路會有不同的設定參數與解法& @' P$ w! m S4 x
建議你,把電路貼上來,或者把你遇到不收斂的電路說出來是什麼電路造成不收斂' S" B1 S8 ~+ A3 O& J, w& Q
如此一來,會比較容易得到別人的建議 ) `* z- h7 H9 {6 }沒有說明是那一種電路造成的不收斂,是很難得到別人的建議的作者: super 時間: 2008-3-21 09:48 AM

在還沒看到電路前真的粉難給你建議...., a) ~9 C# L! z1 f. O) t- b& v
先將 VDD 由 dc 改為 PWL 吧...從 0 rising to Vdd @ 10 nS/ ~6 q- F; {7 v' f3 a' a
